Use it as Inhaler to relieve NASAL CONGESTION (For 5 years and above):
Fill a bowl with hot water and add 2 tablespoons of SmartRub balm. Inhale the vapors to clear blocked noses and it relieves breathing difficulties. You may repeat this up to 3-4 times a day.
